PLUS® Angel Hair with Italian Sausage, Fennel and White Beans

Italian Sausage |
| 2 CLOVES |
Garlic, Minced |
| 28 OUNCES |
Peeled Italian Tomatoes, Canned |
| 19 OUNCES |
Cannellini Beans, Canned, Drained |
| 2 TABLESPOONS |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1 |
Fennel Bulb, Sliced Thin |
| TO TASTE |
Salt |
| TO TASTE |
Black Pepper, Freshly Ground |
| 1 TABLESPOON |
Fresh Basil, Chopped |
Cooking Instructions
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
ADD sausage to a large skillet and brown over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
ADD tomatoes and cannellini beans. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.
HEAT olive oil in a medium skillet. Add fennel and sauté until tender. Add cooked fennel to sauce.
COOK PLUS Angel Hair according to package directions. Drain and add hot pasta to sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle with chopped basil. |
