Fiori Salad with Green Olives, Tuna and Fresh Herbs

Another bright and bold pasta salad creation. Bite-sized Fiori pasta with a hint of the sea – Fiori pasta tossed with tuna, green olives, cherry tomatoes, marjoram and fresh basil.

Ingredients

Barilla Fiori |
| 1/4 CUP |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided |
| 4 OUNCES |
Green Pitted Olives, Halved |
| 6 OUNCES |
Tuna In Olive Oil, Drained |
| 1 POUND |
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed |
| 2 TABLESPOONS |
Fresh Marjoram, Chopped |
| 1 TABLESPOON |
Fresh Basil, Chopped |
| 1 PINT |
Cherry Tomato, Halved |
Cooking Instructions
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
COOK Fiori 1 minute less than recommended package cooking time.
DRIZZLE Fiori with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place flat on a sheet tray to cool.
MIX all ingredients in a large bowl.
COVER and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
