Another bright and bold pasta salad creation. Bite-sized Fiori pasta with a hint of the sea – Fiori pasta tossed with tuna, green olives, cherry tomatoes, marjoram and fresh basil.

SERVES: 4-6

BARILLA PASTA:

Ingredients

1 BOX Barilla Fiori
1/4 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided
4 OUNCES Green Pitted Olives, Halved
6 OUNCES Tuna In Olive Oil, Drained
1 POUND Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
2 TABLESPOONS Fresh Marjoram, Chopped
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Basil, Chopped
1 PINT Cherry Tomato, Halved

Cooking Instructions

    BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
    COOK Fiori 1 minute less than recommended package cooking time.
    DRIZZLE
    Fiori with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place flat on a sheet tray to cool.
    MIX
    all ingredients in a large bowl.
    COVER
    and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
