Olives, tuna, capers, basil and mozzarella work marvelously together in an easy salad for any season.

PREP TIME: 60-120 minutes

COOK TIME: 10 minutes

SERVES: 4-6

BARILLA PASTA:
Farfalle Farfalle

Ingredients

1 BOX Barilla Farfalle
5 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 CUPS Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
2 CUPS Kalamata Olives
6 OUNCES Tuna In Olive Oil, Drained
1 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed
2 TEASPOONS Salt-Packed Capers, Soaked
6 LEAVES Fresh Basil
TO TASTE Salt
TO TASTE Black Pepper, Freshly Ground

Cooking Instructions

    BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
    COOK
    Farfalle for 1 minute less than the recommended package cooking time.
    DRAIN Farfalle and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Transfer to a large baking sheet to cool.
    COMBINE all of the remaining ingredients.
    MIX Farfalle with the tuna, tomatoes and cheese mixture. Toss well and serve.
