Cheese & Spinach Tortellini - Family Size Cheese & Spinach Tortellini - Family Size

Ingredients

1 PACKAGE Barilla Cheese & Spinach Tortellini - Family Size
1 1/2 CUP Heavy Cream
TO TASTE Salt
TO TASTE Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
1/2 CUP Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Grated
2 TABLESPOONS Butter

Cooking Instructions

    BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
    COOK Cheese and Spinach Tortellini according to the package directions.
    Meanwhile, HEAT cream in a medium skillet over medium heat. Once the cream is warm, remove from the heat, season with salt and pepper.
    DRAIN Cheese and Spinach Tortellini and toss with the heated cream.
    STIR in butter and the cheese before serving.
