As a celebrity chef, author and registered dietitian, I try to help people of all ages find simple ways to eat in a healthy and realistic way without sacrificing taste. In 2005, I released Small Changes Big Results, followed by my second book, THE FOOD YOU CRAVE: Luscious Recipes for a Healthy Life, a New York Times Bestseller, which won the 2009 IACP Cookbook award and the James Beard Foundation Award. Most recently, my third book SO EASY: Luscious Healthy Recipes for Every Meal of the Week hit shelves in November, 2009 and became an immediate New York Times bestseller.
