Planning
Give yourself plenty of time to plan and organize your special event.  We recommend selecting the date, time, and location 2-3 weeks ahead of time.   This gives your guest time to coordinate their schedules and you will feel less rushed.

Invite friends
Consider sending e-vites (electronic invitation), almost everyone has an email address today.  Purchasing invitations at stationary stores or party store is another good alternative and inexpensive way to invite guests.
