Element of Fun
Cooking is a great activity for families. We are finding more and more kids have an increased interest in cooking. It’s a perfect way to get the kids away from the television and engage them in all sorts of conversation.
Teach your kids that the kitchen is a magical place to learn about food, cooking, science and art. The more kids know about what goes in to preparing the foods they love, the more familiar they will become with the kitchen as a valuable life lessons.
We took a few simple ingredients, sliced bread and mozzarella cheese, let the kids cut out fun shapes, and assemble the pieces. Even the youngest of kids will want to join in the fun!
With mom and dad’s help, we sealed the edges and deep fried our creation. Serve with our delicious Marinara sauce and this is a delicious appetizer you will want to make time and time again!
