Xmas - Bevanda

Welcome guests with a glass of prosecco to celebrate the occasion.

To best complement both fish dishes, serve an elegant dry white wine, such as a Fiano di Avellino DOCG 2002 or 2003.

To complement the Primi, serve a light, fruity red wine such as a “Per’e palummoIschia DOC 2003 - a light red wine made from the Piedirosso grape.

For dessert, try this Campanian favorite - Falanghina del Taburno Passito 2001. This wine is made from an exclusive grape grown in Campania. The sweet flavors of fruits and honey and the floral fragrance will pair well with this Neapolitan classic dessert.
