Tortellini with Broth
(Tortellini in Brodo)

Yield:  50 servings

Region:  Emilia-Romagna

Ingredients

5 gal  chicken broth
15 pkg.  Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini
to taste   Parmigiano cheese

Add broth to a large saucepan. Place on stove and bring to a boil.
Add tortellini to broth and cook according to package directions.
Remove from heat and place in serving bowls.
Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese before serving.
